Kevin Fynn has a 30+ year track record of commercialising novel deep technology into sustainable companies. He has a solid blended background in both technology (as a Professor and former Head of School of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences, Curtin University) and start-up ventures (co-founded Xelor Pty Ltd, Sensear Pty Ltd, TheBuzz Corp Pty Ltd, iCetena Ltd, MobiRoam Pty Ltd, Hearing Again Pty Ltd, Ticking Heart Pty Ltd; and a founding shareholder of ASX publicly listed companies Nuheara Ltd, Paincheck Ltd and iCetana Ltd). Kevin is the founder of Magic Wavelength Pty Ltd.
Ms Maryanne Fernando

A 35+ year track record of helping organisations to succeed with extensive experience working with companies internationally and developing successful strategies for some of the largest global brands. A founding director of a successful and respected brand and communications agency leading it to a trade sale. A proven track record in business turn-around, growth strategies and providing valued advisory and support to boards and leadership teams in multiple start-ups, IPOs, trade sale and capital raising projects. A highly commercial, multi-disciplinary professional with transferable skills in brand and reputation, sales and marketing, financial/IR and crisis communications, culture and change management, contract negotiations, digital marketing and transformation.
Dr. John Siliquini
(Executive Director): Product Development and Engineering Manager
Dr John Siliquini is the co-founder of Xelor, TheBuzz, and MobiRoam. He has over 25 years of industry experience, with eight patents pending and more than 40 journal articles. He has held the position of Engineering Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Xelor, leading a software development team of 10 Engineers. At TheBuzz and Mobiroam, he served as Engineering Manager and Chief Technology Officer leading their software and hardware development and product testing. At Siemens, John was the Principal Engineer leading a team of 6 electrical engineers, 5 mechanical engineers, 41 software engineers including 20 electrical and mechanical workshop staff.
